Is this a sublease? Our business more closely aligns with a corporate housing model than traditional sublease. Still, we lease your property directly from you and operate it under a professional short and mid-term rental model, meeting all local requirements.
How do I know my property will be taken care of? We have professional cleaners who maintain the property regularly (sometimes weekly), and a team ready to handle maintenance issues promptly. If something bigger comes up, we will be the first to let you know. Generally, since the property is cleaned and maintained more frequently, we can catch and address issues before they rise to the level of major repairs.
What about wear and tear? Our guests typically stay for short periods and use the property minimally. Combined with frequent professional cleanings, this actually reduces the overall wear compared to long-term rentals.
How do you prevent parties? We vet every guest, ensure strict guest limits, and use outdoor cameras and noise-monitoring tools for property control and peace of mind.
How do I keep too many keys from floating around? We install smart locks for remote access and control, which ensures security with no need for additional keys.
Why not just do all this myself? You certainly could! Realistically, it would mean more work in the daily operations of the rental. We know most landlords prefer a hassle-free experience to simply collect rent each month without the day-to-day management responsibilities, which is ultimately what we provide.
